Easy No-Blend Mango Milkshake in 3 mins


Hello DessertGuroos!

We're certain this fabulous, No-Blend Mango Milk Shake will make your mid day a little happier.
So hop in and read how to create this splash in 3 minutes!
Difficulty level: Very Easy / Servings: 1-2 / Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients you will need:
1. Mango Puree. Get it Here.

2. Evaporated Milk
3. Ice Water
4. Ice


5 easy steps to follow under 3 minutes!:
1. Scoop 2 - 3 table spoons of Mango Puree into a tall glass.

2. Add 3 table spoons of evaporated milk into the tall glass.
3. Add ice water to the glass until it is 2/3 full. Stir well. 

4. Add ice and stir well, or shake in  shaker.
5. Serve and Enjoy!


And there, enjoy your fabulous glass of Mango Milkshake in less than 3 mins. It really is that easy.

CHANGI V RED TEA JELLY LONGAN RECIPE


Hello DessertGuroos!

Love the Red Tea Jelly with Longan from Changi Village? 
We'll show you how to create this delicious dessert with a twist with our new Red Tea Jelly Tub!

Now you don't have to travel all the way to the far east to beat the heat! 
P/s: Our Red Tea Jelly is from the  original makers of the famous Changi V Red Tea Jelly that is so loved by everyone!
Difficulty level: Very Easy  / Servings: 1-2 / Prep Time: 3 mins 

Ingredients you will need:

1. Red Tea Jelly Tub. Get it here!


2. Evaporated Milk
3. Canned Longans
4. Ice cubes or Shaved Ice

6 easy steps to follow under 3 minutes!:
1. Add some ice cubes or shaved ice into a bowl. 

2. From the Red Tea Jelly Tub, cut out approximately 100g (1/10th of the tub) of Red Tea Jelly.
3. Dice or slice the Red Tea Jelly into cubes or strips, depending on your preference for chunkiness.
4. Add approximately 8 pearls of longan into the bowl.
5. Add 2 table spoons of the syrup from the longan can onto the ice cubes/shaved ice.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of evaporated milk onto the jelly. Or you can even add a scoop of your favourite Vanilla ice cream as a substitute!



And there, you have just created yourself the famous Changi V Red Tea Jelly with Longan, right at your home! Impressive.

Easy Peach Shake Float Recipe in 3 mins

This simple Peach Shake Float  will help you win the warm hearts of many!

Ingredients you will need:

1.  Peach Puree. Get it here!



2. Evaporated milk 
3. Water
4. Ice

5. Choice of Ice cream

6 easy steps to follow under 3 minutes!:
1. Scoop 2 soup spoons of Peach Puree into a glass
2. Add 2 soup spoons of evaporated milk into the glass
3. Add ice cold water until 3/4 of the glass
4. Stir
5. Add ice
6. Scoop a scoop of your favourite Vanilla, Mango or Peach Ice cream




And there, you have just created a really delicious and pretty looking Peach Shake Float in less than 3 mins.

Beat the Heat - Triple Berry Spinach Smoothie

Its been so scorching hot and dry, our body really needs as much nourishment and hydration it can get. 

A simple Triple Berry Spinach Smoothie will help you stay cool and beat the heat!
Difficulty level: Easy  / Servings: 2-3 / Prep Time: 5 mins 



Ingredients you will need:

1.  Strawberry Puree. Get it here!


2. Blueberry puree. Get it here!


3. Raspberry Puree. Get it here!



4. 360 mls loosely packed spinach
5. 240 mls orange juice
6. Ice

6 easy steps to follow under 5 minutes!:
1. Scoop 2 large soup spoon of Strawberry Puree into the blender.
2. Scoop 2 large soup spoon of Blueberry Puree into the blender.
3. Scoop 2 large soup spoon of Raspberry Puree into the blender.
4. Add the ice, spinach and orange juice into the blender.
5. Blend for approximately 30 seconds.
6. Garnish with topping of choice and serve.


And there you go, a healthy and delicious smoothie to beat the heat --and your daily dose of greens too!

Springtime happiness - Easy Passionfruit Tart


Hello DessertGuroos!

We are thinking a simple and zesty Passionfruit Tart will surely make your day a happier one in the heat of spring. Baking is supposed to be enjoyable and fun, and our delicious Passionfruit Puree is here to make the process a breezier one!
Difficulty level: Easy -Mod / Servings: 8 / Prep Time: 0.5hr / Cook Time: 1hr 
Recipe adapted from taste.com.au



Ingredients you will need:

1. 160ml (2/3 cups)  of our  zesty Passionfruit Puree. Get it here!


2. 225g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour
3. 60g (1/3cup) icing sugar mixture
4. 125g chilled butter, chopped
5. 1 egg yolk
6. 2 tablespoons chilled water
7.250ml (1 cup) thickened cream
8. 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
9. 4 eggs


6 easy steps to follow!:

  1. Process the flour, icing sugar and butter in a food processor until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the egg yolk and water. Process until the dough just starts to come together. Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth.
  2. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface to a 4mm-thick disc. Line a 3.5cm-deep, 22cm (base measurement) fluted tart tin, with removable base, with the pastry and trim any excess. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place tin on a baking tray. Line the pastry case with baking paper and fill with pastry weights or rice. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the paper and weights. Bake for a further 10 minutes or until crisp and light golden.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk the cream, caster sugar and eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in the passionfruit puree.
  5. Reduce oven to 160°C. Pour egg mixture into the pastry case. Bake for 35 minutes or until set. Place in fridge overnight to chill.
  6. Serve yummy and unique Passionfruit Tart! Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of IQ balls for extra uniqueness.
